The pain w...I'd like to follow up on this post. The pain was rather excessive the week that I posted this which of course can cause some irritability. I think I should have opted for some personal time off from work because I wasn't myself this week. I think everyone struggles with a work/life balance but when you have a chronic medical condition, I think it is imperative to put yourself first because you're not going to perform your best when you're that fatigued and in pain. Just my personal thoughts but I am starting to see the importance of taking care of yourself so that you can perform at your best.
